Vettel urges Renault to stay in F1

To Formula One now, and changes are coming to Red Bull, the team that was on top of the standings just a couple of years ago is ending its parternership with Renault. Taobao agent The Engine-maker and things with the race team have soured to the point, where the French company is willing to walk away. One of those hoping for a resolution is Sebastian Vettel. The former four-time driver, who won all his titles with Red Bull, but now drives for Ferrari and believes that Renault's involvement in the circuit will make it more competitive.

World champ and current points leader Lewis Hamilton can move into a tie for third all-time if he can prevail at the Marina Bay circuit. Notching a 41st victory would equal him with Ayrton Senna. There will be a new face in the racing line-up this weekend, with American driver Alexander Rossi set to make his debut with the Manor team. Rossi, who has previously driven in practise sessions for Manor and the former Caterham team, will replace Roberto Merhi for five of the remaining seven races this season.


"Obviously I came here. I flew on Monday and when I arrived the team give me the news that I would not be driving and Rossi would be in my place for the four or five races of the remaining seven. For next season, we still don't know yet. We are looking for a Formula One seat and we will try to find the best option possible,English Taobao but obviously these days I think a budget is really important and at the moment it's hard to find," Merhi said.
