Australia look ahead to RWC quarter-final versus Scotland

At the Rugby World Cup, Australia face Scotland at Twickenham this Sunday with a place in the semi-finals at stake.Taobao agent The Wallabies progressed through the challenging Pool A unbeaten -- including an impressive 20-point victory over hosts England -- and are widely considered to be one of the form sides of the tournament.
Two time winners of the tournament -- in 1991 and 1999 -- the Wallabies have also exited the competition at the quarter-final stage twice, but to do so against Scotland this time around would be considered a major upset.
Vern Cotter's men forced their way into the final eight of the tournament with a narrow win over Samoa in their final Pool B game, securing them them the runners-up spot behind South Africa.
While they have been on an upward curve of late, their relative poor form ahead of the tournament ensures that Australia are strong favourites to run out winners and set up a meeting against the winner of Ireland and Argentina.
Having said all that, Scotland have beaten Australia in two of their last three meetings -- including a 21-15 win in Edinburgh in November, 2013.
And that's exactly why Stephen Moore and experienced centre Matt Giteau won't be taking anything for granted as they approach the game.
"Absolutely. We play for each other, I think if you got a really tight team and you get that extra hour, I suppose, you might get that extra tackle when normally you might stay down. I thing we saw that at the weekend, the way that the team defended for each other. We are a top team and we are happy to work for each other," Giteau said.

"Well it shows you how difficult the task is. They are really a quality team an they have shown it at the tournament so far. Certainly every time I've played against Scotland, I've felt that it's been a very tough test match and I'm sure at this weekend it's going to be the same. As Matt says, the things that are important in all of these games are going to be important again so, the set piece, for us in the forwards. The scrum, the lineout, the maul. Those kind of areas that are going to be really important.China Ebay And Scotland is very strong in those areas," Moore said.
