2. All the orders are shipped from S. Korea via FedEx or EMS with tracking number. We choose the courier based on our criteria to provide the best service. Unfortunately you cannot choose the courier at this moment.
3. Shipping Time: There is only one shipping option at this moment (Express Shipping) with estimated delivery time of 2-7 business days (Processing time excluded, explained below).
4. Processing Time: All the orders are processed between Sunday Evening and Thursday in US EST (our distribution center is based in S. Korea and operate in local time). All the orders received on Friday, weekend days, holidays, and after 12 pm noon EST will be processed the following business day. We make every effort to process your order within 24 hours, pending credit card verification. Your order will normally take 2-10 business days (business days: week days excluding weekends and holidays) to process from our providers. Please note that if your order includes bags, shoes and hand-made items, it may take longer to process.
5. Please keep in mind that your order may see some delay in shipping process due to delay in receiving one or more items from our providers. In this case, we will be in contact with you to inform you, and ship your order separately if necessary.
6. In case the package is returned to our warehouse due to customer's failure to receive, refusal to receive, or pick up the pacakge (FedEx attempts to deliver the package up to 3 times and keep the package in their facility between 10 days to 25 days), customers will be charged for penalty fee (return shipping fee) which is significantly higher than the shipping fee you originally paid. The penalty fee varies depending on the country and will be notified individually.
