Euro 2016 qualifiers: Dutch cannot finish in Group A top two

In Euro 2016 qualifiers, the Netherlands faced Turkey away from home, Taobao agent with the Dutch side sorely needing a win after losing to Iceland three days ago. But in front of a raucous crowd of 40,000 Turkish fans creating a hostile atmosphere in the packed Konya Arena, the visiting team was on the back foot from the beginning.

Turkey attacked early, and in the seventh minute, they went on a rush off a defensive clearance. Oguzhan Ozyakup came flying forward to pass to Arda Turan who then sent Ozyakup through on a break away. A few touches and Ozyakup flicked it past goalkeeper Jasper Cillessen as the Dutch defence scrambled to no avail; 1-0 Turkey.

The Netherlands got a chance in the 22nd minute; Robin Van Persie passed the ball to Wesley Sneijder, who fired it at the keeper.

In the 26th minute, Turan surged into the penalty area and beat the keeper at the near post for a 2-0 lead. The arena burst into pandemonium with Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu showing his approval.

Burak Yilmaz then hammered a devastating nail into the Dutch coffin in the 86th minute with a third goal following a spectacular solo run down the left wing by Caner Erkin. The final score was 3-0 for Turkey and the Dutch can only finish third in Group A.

"The second goal was a mistake by one player. And then we were behind 2-nil quickly after that. We also had better opportunities compared to the Turkish team's chances, but they scored and we didn't; it's the story of the match. We had chances, but didn't score. We had three opportunities and no goals," said Danny Blind, Netherlands coach.

"There will be some other teams chasing us in the standings. But in order to help this country achieve its goal, we have to play as a team. And this is our national team. Please, we need all your support, your prayers and your energy for our team," Turkey coach Fatih Terim said.

Running to raise awareness for autism

And hundreds of people took to the streets last night in Dalian.Taobao agent Among the 800 participants were Winter Olympic figure-skating champions Shen Xue and Zhao Hongbo. The pair were involved in a special event known as 'Running Together' which helps raise awareness in the fight against autism -- an affliction that affects millions here in China.
Amongst the backdrop of downtown Dalian -- hundreds put on their running shoes for a late-summer activity. The participants are trying to make a difference for a special cause in China.
"This event is very meaningful. Our participation can make society be aware of this problem. There are more than 13-million children in China who are autistic, that is really a huge number. We hope to give them an equal chance, helping them grow up to have the same opportunities as other children," Zhao said.
The problem is global, besides the 13-million children diagnosed with the affliction in China, there are more than 67 million kids living with the condition worldwide.
Medics still do not know what causes autism -- so runs like this are essential to help raise awareness.
The event hits close to home for the founder of the event -- as Cui Linna's daughter is autistic, and the former member of the media quit working to help establish the "Running Together" organization.
"Actually my daughter is autistic. She is 9-years-old now. When she was around three, her teacher didn’t allow her to join a kindergarten party, because she felt she would bother the other children and their parents, that deeply affected me. Autism is an illness, it needs the understanding of all of society. From my point of view, I hope to use this running event to make more people know about autistic children. They are not horrible, they are cute and child-like," Cui said.
"We want the children to know they are not alone, besides their mothers and fathers, they have sisters, brothers, uncles and aunts who love them, and who want to play with them," Running Together charity ambassador Dong Bo said.
So thanks to events like "Running together".Taobao Broker The future will be brighter for autistic children here in China.

City rolls out red carpet to be destination of choice in China for global entrepreneurs
Shanghai's quest to become a global science and technology center by attracting top overseas talent to boost innovation is quickly gathering pace, with the local government rolling out several measures to attract overseas entrepreneurs.
"We want to be the first port of call for top international talent and the hotbed of entrepreneurship by 2020," said Sun Jiwei, the head of Pudong district, Shanghai.
According to data provided by the Shanghai Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, there are about 88,000 foreign experts from 139 countries living and working in Shanghai permanently, accounting for one-sixth of the foreigners in China.
Like many others, 27-year-old United States-born Bolivian Sebastian Martin, and Adrien Fabry from France are busy weaving their China expat dream in Shanghai. However, they are also struggling to find ways to stay put in the city with their businesses.
Martin, who is already set to open his second Cambio cafe in Shanghai soon, said: "Cambio means change in Spanish. We want to be the harbinger of change in China's coffee industry and in the lives of coffee farmers in developing countries.
"I want to introduce high-quality coffee from my home country and other countries in South America to China, and let the consumers here taste the freshness and richness of our coffee," said Martin, who spent five months sourcing in South America and nine months learning how to make coffee before launching his company in Shanghai in early 2013.
Martin first came to China from the US to study an entrepreneurship course in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province, in 2011 and decided to start his own business after seeing the growing demand for quality coffee.
Unlike most of his industry peers, Martin sources the best coffee beans from farmers and cooperatives directly, instead of wholesalers.
"I focus on the bottom of the supply chain so that I can offer farmers good prices and they in turn can continue their hard work and shorten the time needed for getting fresh coffee beans from the trees to become cups of coffee," said Martin.
To minimize expenses, he chose to register as a trader first before taking the big move to open a coffee shop. That step has paid dividends, as it enables him to save costs and raise funds from investors.
"Now I am keen to develop the business focusing on online, retail and wholesale," said Martin, adding his second cafe will offer customers South American cuisine from December onwards.
In addition, the company website will also offer suggestions on flavors and basic background knowledge and origins of coffee beans for coffee drinkers with videos and photos taken on his sourcing trips.
Like Martin who is now banking on e-commerce for further growth, Fabry from France made a brave decision to set up the Heritage Wine Club, a wine website in Shanghai, in 2012. He was the first foreigner to sell wines online in China.
"We want to be the reference point for Chinese consumers to buy and understand wine," said Fabry.    Taobao Broker
